A heritage conservation area within Randwick

Our heritage defines us as a community.
A heritage conservation area is a precinct, streetscape, group of buildings, landscape, suburb or town with particular heritage values that give it a distinct identity.

"..... the St Pauls Street shopping centre was developing as a small commercial hub at the turn of the century. From the 1920's it was called "The Spot" after T.M Tyreman's, The Spot Ironmongery store in Perouse Road.
